Some items, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned. For EU customers, you have 14 days to return items without justification. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

A shipment normally takes 6-15 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for location specific shipping times to international destinations. PROCESSING  The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.
